Product registration process
The product registration is necessary to unlock cloud-controlled akkut products, such as MENU DOUBLESCREEN in order to upload the data. After submitting the product registration form, your account will be activated within latest 3 working days. You will receive your access data at the e-mail address you provided. For your product registration, please have the so-called MAC address (unique 12-digit combination of letters and numbers separated by colons, e.g. 0a:12:3b:45:c6:78) of the akkut product at hand. You can find this both on the packaging and the bottom of the akkut product.

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR). If you contact us using the form on the website or per e-mail, the data you provide will only be used to process your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
