Payment and Shipping
Delivery:
We currently deliver to Austria and Germany. For delivery in other countries, please contact our customer service. We usually deliver your parcel with the DPD parcel service or a forwarding agent. You can find more information about the respective costs under the following paragraph shipping costs.
We dispatch items in stock within 48 hours of receiving the order. As soon as an order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with the status update. You can then log in with your online shop login credentials at any time (except if you did not create a customer account during the ordering process) and check the current status of your order.
Alternatively, pick-up at the location of MLINE Vertriebs- und Produktions GmbH, 1230 Vienna, Laxenburgerstraße 238 during our opening hours is possible by appointment.
* The order weight (total weight of all items ordered) is decisive for the calculation. Prices in Euros, do not include VAT!
The shipping costs are only charged once per order. If we split your order in several partial deliveries for logistical reasons, of course you do not have to pay any additional shipping costs for the subsequent deliveries. In the case of pick-up, the packaging and transport surcharge will of course also be waived.
