Bleed: 5 mm on each side
Final format: 1880 mm (width) x 970 mm (height)
Safety margin: 60 mm on each side
Resolution: at least 300 dpi
Colors: CMYK, profile ISOcoated_v2 (no spot colors)
All fonts converted to paths (vectorized), all images embedded, no transparencies
No crop marks, registration marks or color bars
File format: PDF/X-3:2002
Max. file size: 35 MB
Important: Please note that the branding is printed on stretchable fabric. This may result in slight distortions. To compensate, we recommend the following manual distortion of your final design:
- Width: 102 %
- Height: 87 %

Scope of the basic data check

For every order, we carry out a free basic data check to ensure that the print data you have provided is technically suitable for production.

We check the following:

Is the file damaged or encrypted?
Are format, dimensions & bleed correct?
Is the color mode and profile correct?
Is the image resolution sufficient?
Are there any transparencies?
Are fonts converted to paths?
Are line thicknesses suitable for printing?

We do not check:

Content accuracy (e.g. spelling, layout) – however, if we happen to notice any errors, we will of course contact you
Color accuracy

Our basic data check is a technical visual inspection and does not replace professional design or final artwork. If we identify any relevant issues, we will inform you by email or phone – please note that this may delay the delivery date.
